2009 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The Offices of President of Clan MacTavish USA and Secretary of Clan MacTavish USA are open for Nomination by Members in Good Standing of Clan MacTavish USA by and for Members in Good Sanding of Clan MacTavish USA. Since the election will be conducted partly on the Clan MacTavish Web site, the time lines are much shorter than before.

Nomination Forms may be found at the Members of Clan MacTavish in Good Standing Web at Towne Square Member Forum @ http://www.clanmactavish.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=901. Nominations Forms may be printed from the web site, filled out, and then sent to the Membership Secretary, Rick Backus, P. O. Box 388, Moorefield, WV 26836. Rick will verify both the candidates' ability to run for the office for which nominated and the nominator's membership in good standing to nominate. All Nomination Forms are due at the Membership Secretary's address no later than midnight, September 6th, 2009. Rick will then send out appropriate information from the Nomination Forms and Ballots to the Members in Good Standing of Clan MacTavish USA for their vote.

All Ballots are to be marked, mailed and received no later than midnight, September 23rd, 2009 by the Chairman of the Elections Committee, Charles Viar, 623 Morning Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024. Ballots will be counted and validated by Notary Republic. The appropriate Clan MacTavish Officials will then be notified of results and the results will be announced to the Clan Membership at the AGM in Memphis on September 26th.
