Call
for nominations HAS BEEN EXTENDED until midnight AUGUST
6, 2008. No
nominations will be accepted after that date.
Ballots
will be sent to the membership in good standing on August 10th, 2008.
Ballots
must be returned to the Charimen of the Elections Committee for
CMU by August 30th, 2008. A pre-addressed envelope will
be included with the ballot for that purpose. No ballots will be
accepted after midnight August 30th, 2008.
Ballots
will be counted within 10 days by the Chairman of the Elections Committee for
CMU in the presence of a Notary Public then certified by the same and reported
in accordance with Clan MacTavish USA By-laws.
