Clan MacTavish Annual General Membership Meeting 2008 |
All Clan MacTavish Members in good standing are invited to attend the 2008 Annual General Membership Meeting to be held September 4-7, 2008 at the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish Highland Festival in Estes Park, Colorado. This is a large, well attended festival. We look forward to a great turnout! We will be one of four clans holding their AGM during this event and all will be treated royally for the entire weekend! Come join in the fun! A block of rooms has been placed on hold for Clan MacTavish members at the Rodeway Inn at Estes Park. Members should make their reservations by calling 970-586-5363. The special rate for members is $133 per night. Reservations may be made for any period Wednesday the 3rd through Sunday the 7th. It is important to make your reservations ASAP, before the block of rooms is released back to general reservations at an increased cost. The AGM dinner will be held at the Rodeway Inn on Saturday night the 6th.
